  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and make a soft dough.
  2. Divide the mixture into small nuggets of any shapes you like.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, put the nuggets and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot or pack with mayonnaise and ketchup.
