A tasty snack made with the breakfast cerel cornflakes into a special gujarati chivda. Serve for tea as a snack.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add peanuts and saute till light brown in colour (approximately for 3-4 minutes). lower the heat.
- Add cornflakes and stir for a minute.
- Add salt, chili powder and sugar. stir for an additional minute and remove from flame.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
