- Mix the sourmilk with all the other ingredients together and stir well.
- Separate mixture into two equal portions and stir in 1 teaspoon of baking powder in each portion.
- Place the portions in a pan (20cm wide, 2-3 cm thick) in a double boiler and steam the two pans separately for 20mins each.
- When cool, cut in squares.
