You can add diced tomato while or after cooking according to your taste.
do not put lemon juice while on stove, or when it is too hot.
if you want to make it a rice snack, add rice along with corn.
if you want it to make it a rice snack do not add lemon juice or amchur powder.
- Heat oil in a pan reasonably
- Put mint leaves fry them in oil for till they get crisp and oil gets mint smell.
- Remove them now.
- Put cummin seeds,jeera,haldi and fry for some time, put chilli pieces then put finely chopped onion and 1 tsp the chopped corriander fry till onions turn golden brown. add the boiled corn now, stir generously add rest of the corrinder, and sprinkle amchur powder(amchur powder is optional)
