A healthy and tasty Corn chatpata made from boiled sweet corn kernels is a lovley snck or tiffin choice. The boiled corn are made tantalizing by addition of select sweet, sour and spicy chutneys and then served hot as salad or side dish.

2 cups corn (makai ke dane)
6 pcs garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp butter
salt to taste
2 tsp oil

  1. First grind up garlic pieces with red chilly powder.add some water to make a paste
  2. Spread the paste thoroughly on corn seeds
  3. Heat some oil in a pan add corn seeds fry till brown. add butter, salt, lemon juice
  4. Cook for a minute. and serve hot.
