A spicy corn chaat recipe which is sure to tingle your taste buds. A combination of boiled corn kernels and potatoes tossed together with a tangy chaat masala,corn chaat is irrestible! Try this spicy and mazedar chaat recipe with corn to entice your family and guests.
- Cut boiled potatoes into small pieces and crush boiled corn and add chopped onion and tomatoes to it.
- Heat oil in a kadai add green chillies and cumin seeds then add crushed corn ,potatoes,onion,tomatoes and fry for 1min.
- Add coriander,salt,garam masala and fry on a low flame for 1/2min.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve.
