One of the most popular West Indian street snack is bhel. Corn bhel is a bhel recipe with corn kernels added to chopped boiled potatoes, sweet tamarind sauce and a hot coriander chutney. The corn bhel is an unique combination of boiled corn with bhel or puffed rice. Overall a culinary delight with a spicy tangy touch.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add jeera & hing
  3. Then add finely chopped oinions & fry a little.then add the finely chopped tomatoes,corn,boiled & chopped potatoes.add salt as per taste & little sugar.
  4. Add a lemon juice.
  5. Take a serving dish spread the
  6. Corn bhel & spread sev ,garted coconut & decorate with coriander leaves.serve with cold drinks.
