U can alter the consistency of the sauce by adding milk & stirring it for some time to avoid maida lumps.

Corn & White Sauce Snack recipe - How to make Corn & White Sauce Snack

6 to 8 bread slices
For White Sauce -
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
1 capsicum , chopped
salt and pepper to taste

To make the whit sauce-

    To make the whit sauce-
  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add maida & milk & stir it continously to avoid making lumps.
  3. Check the consistency of the sauce to make sure it''s not too flowy.
  4. Add corn, capsicum, salt & pepper.
  5. Cook the mixture for 3-4 mins.
  6. Switch off the gas & let the mixture cool for some time.
  7. In the mean time, cut the bread slices with a katori to form circular slices.
  8. Put the mixture on the slices & bake it in the oven for 3-4 mins.
  9. Serve with ketchup & chatni.
