Ingredients

1/2 bunch per person, washed and chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 onion, finely chopped per person
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method

  1. Add little water and grind corainder leaves into a fine paste
  2. Heat a spoon of oil in the pan.
  3. Add and splutter cumin seeds.
  4. Add onions and fry a bit.
  5. Add the ground paste, salt and pepper.
  6. Bring them to a good boil.
  7. Add rice and mix well.
  8. Switch off.
  9. Serve with yogurt or chips. it''s quite healthy and yummy!
