An interesting combination of coriander leaves and rice in coriander pulao create an aromatic main course. A delicious chawal recipe loved by all.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the green chillies and the ginger-garlic paste and saute till the paste turns golden brown.
- Add the coriander and saute for 1 minute.
- Then add 2 cups water and the maggi tastemaker and mix well.
- When the water starts boiling, add the rice, cover and simmer till the rice is cooked.
- Serve hot.
