Plenty of fresh coriander together with besan and spices go into these Parathas making them irresistibly tasty and aromatic too!
Easy and quick enough to prepare on a rushed morning, these Coriander Parathas will mean a good start to the day, for your whole family, because they are satiating, flavour-packed and handy to serve with just a cup of raita or curds .
You can even make this tasty dish with leftover chapathis, which makes it all the more convenient.
- Divide the stuffing into 6 equal portions.
- Place a chapatti on a clean, dry surface and put 1 portion of the stuffing on one half of the chapati and fold it over to make a semi-circle.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the paratha, using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing to make 5 more parathas.
- Serve immediately.
