SALT TO TASTE
RED SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
CHAAT MASALA TO TASTE
ROASTED AND POWDERED
- boil kairie until tender. mash them and sieve. make pudina paste and mix with kairie. add four glasses of water with melted and cooled jaggery in the mixture. add sugar and all the masala in the mixture and stirr well. serve chilled and garnish with pudina leaves.
