Cooked idli rice is a recipe to make soft and fluffy idlis made from cooked rice.

Cooked Rice Idlis recipe - How to make Cooked Rice Idlis

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings

1 cup cooked rice (chawal)
4 tbsp sour curds (khatta dahi)
2 tsp semolina (rava)
salt to taste
oil for greasing
  1. Mash the cooked rice ,add the curds, semolina and salt and hot water as required to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Pour batter into greased idli moulds and steam in an idli steamer for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
