Cooked idli rice is a recipe to make soft and fluffy idlis made from cooked rice.
- Mash the cooked rice ,add the curds, semolina and salt and hot water as required to make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
- Pour batter into greased idli moulds and steam in an idli steamer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
