A crispy crunchy healthy and tasteful Colourful smiles are a perfect choice for parties and festivals. The circular shaped bread slices are applied with tomato paste, topped with vegetables and sprinkled with grated cheese.

For Preperation
4 bread slices
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 1/2 cups chopped and boiled mixed vegetables (potato, carrot, french beans)
1 cup (mixed) spring onions , green , red and yellow capsicum
butter to fry
1 cup tomato ketchup
salt to taste
1 pinch of chaat masala
4 cheese cubes

For Decoration
4 tomatoes wedges
8 spring onions, sliced

  1. Take 4 slices of bread and cut them into circles.
  2. Fry the bread on a low flame till they are light brown.
  3. Take butter in a pan and saute.
  4. Add finely cut onines and saute till light brown.
  5. Add all the capsicums and cook well.
  6. Then add tomatoe puree to the onions.
  7. Cook for some time and then add the tomato sauce.
  8. Add all the boild vegetables and let it cook for some time.
  9. Put salt, grated cheese and chaat masala.
  10. Remove from flame.
  11. Now put this colourful gravy on the fried bread circular slices and decorate it with tomatoes cut in "c" shape(mouth)
  12. And spring onions cut in circles(eyes).
  13. Crispy crunchy healthy and colourful smiles are ready to eat.
