Ingredients
150 gms boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
50 gms mint leaves (phudina)
25 gms coriander (dhania) leaves
4 no.s green chillies
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup carrot , cut to cubes
2 tbsp red capsicum , cut to cubes
2 tbsp yellow capsicum , cut to cubes
2 tbsp green capsicum , cut to cubes
3 tbsp tomatoes , cut to cubes
salt to taste
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Method
    Method
  1. In a mixer, combine mint leaves,coriander,green chillies and grind to a paste and keep aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl put oil, carrots and red, yellow and green capsicums ,tomatoes,2 tbsp water.
  3. Close and microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir twice in between.
  5. Now add salt,pepper powder,lemon juice,boiled sweet corn and the green paste and mix well and microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. Give a standing time of 2 minutes and serve hot.
  7. Microwave time depends on different microwaves.
