Coconut and Spinach Raita recipe - How to make Coconut and Spinach Raita

Method
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the spinach and coconut and saute for a minute.
  3. Keep aside and cool.
  4. Take beaten curd. Mix salt and pepper well.
  5. Mix the above mixture to it and serve fresh.
