The coconut and papaya drink is a soothing fruit drink that is ideal for a hot summer’s day! the combination of coconut milk and papaya makes this a cooling drink that is very pleasant to taste and soothes the stomach.
- Combine the coconut milk, papaya, sugar and ice-cubes in a blender and blend till smooth and froth.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve chilled.
