Coconut, Spinach and Honey Salad recipe - How to make Coconut, Spinach and Honey Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 6 to 9 servings

1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped spinach (palak)

For Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
a pinch salt
a pinch freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
2 tbsp chopped basil

For The Garnish
2 tbsp roasted cashewnut
2 tbsp chopped raisins (kismis)
  1. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour the dressing over it. Mix well and serve fresh.
  2. Garnish it with kaju-kismis and serve it with khakra.
