tasty and easy Coconut sandwiches made from grated coconut and chopped vegetables as filling. Enjoy the sandwich plain or toasted with sauce.
- Mix hung curd, grated coconut, green chilli, ginger chilli paste,salt and red chilli powder.
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil.add mustard seeds and fry.add curry leaves, fry and switch off the gas.mix this with the hung curd mix.
- Take a slice and spread some coconut filling on it.cover with the other slice.repeat with the next sandwich.
- Heat a non stick pan, put little oil on it and cook the sandwiches till crisp on both the sides.
- Cut it and serve.
