1/2 cup chopped tender thin coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
  1. Combine the coconut water and coconut meat in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.

Being a runner, i have this coconut drink often. Great to have post a long run for recovery or as a energy booster at work. Coconut has all the right good fats.
