Coconut Paneer Delight recipe - How to make Coconut Paneer Delight

  1. Heat a pan, add the coconut and sugar and saute on a slow flame for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the paneer, powdered sugar and saffron paste in another bowl and mix well.
  3. Add this mixture to the sauted mixture of coconut, add the cardamom powder, mix well and saute for more 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into a greased thali, sprinkle slices of almond and pistachio and refrigerate for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve chilled.
