Coconut Macaroons recipe - How to make Coconut Macaroons

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 to 10 discs

2 eggs whites
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup coconut powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  1. Beat the egg white in a bowl to make it fluffy.
  2. Add gently castor sugar, coconut powder and vanilla essence and whisk again.
  3. Grease a baking tray and add the above mixture one tablespoon at a time.
  4. Make 8-10 discs on the tray.
  5. Bake the tray in pre heated oven set at 200°c or till cooked.
  6. Serve warm.
