Grease your palms with ghee while making laddoos.
- in a non-stick pan,add grated coconut,jaggery syrup & cook on medium flame.
- Stir well till the jaggery syrup dries up.
- Mix in peanuts,cardamom powder & stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.remove from flame.
- Shape into smooth,small lemon-sized laddoos while still hot or even quite warm.makes 20 laddoos.
