1 coconut
1/2 glass water
1/2 cup coriander (dhania)
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
salt to taste

  1. Take out coconut milk from coconut& add some water
  2. Take a frying pan and in it put oil.
  3. Heat it and put cumin seeds,hing and coriender.
  4. Tadka is ready
  5. In the coconut milk add salt to taste and give it a small boil.
  6. Give coconut milk the tadka.
  7. Keep in the freezer for 5 mins
