  1. Grate carrots coconut and beetroot.
  2. Add chopped dhania patta.
  3. Add sugar,salt jeera powder and lime juice.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Heat oil,add little mustard seeds and curry patta.
  6. Put oil tadka in salad.
  7. Serve.
