A yummy thirst quencher made with a blend of coconut water, watermelon juice and lemon juice with sugar and ginger.
- In a blender put the whole lemons,sugar,ginger,coconut water and water melon juice and blend well.strain and chill.
- Pour into tall glasses.
- Drop 2 tbsps of water melon pieces into each glass.
- Decorate with mint.
