Coco Paneer Halwa recipe - How to make Coco Paneer Halwa

1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp milk powder
2 1/2 tbsp sugar syrup
2 drops vanilla essence
2 pistachios crushed
1 tsp ghee
2 cups freshly grated coconut
  1. Combine the paneer, sugar syrup, coconut, ghee and dry milk powder in a microwave safe bowl and mix well.
  2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, remove and mix well.
  3. Microwave on high for more 3 minutes or till the mixture becomes thick paste.
  4. Remove, cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  5. Add the essence and transfer into a pre-greased plate.
  6. Decorate with pista bits and cut it into desired pieces when it is warm.
  7. Serve warm.
