A perfect cookie recipe, Coco crisps are crispy and taste divine as teatime snacks. The all purpose flour is mixed with cocoa powder, sugar, beaten eggs and corn syrup. The freshly baked coco crisps are easy to bake and sure to be loved by all.
- In a small bowl stir together
- Flour cocoa baking powder and
- Salt.set aside.
- In another bowl using hand mixer at medium speed beat together sugar and butter until mixture resembles bread crumbs about a minute.
