A ladle ful of the hot and tasty Clear soup is sure to sooth your senses and warm you up on a cold winter evening.Low in fat and calories, the clear soup can be prepared with chicken or vegetables as per choice.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add all vegetables, baking powder, citric acid and sauté on high flame for 3 min.
- Add 5 teacups of water of boiling water, soya sauce and salt.
- Boil on high flame for 3 min.
- Serve hot with vinegar (with chillies soaked in it), soya sauce and chilli sauce.
