A healthful bowl of clear health soup for dieters and health consiuos people. A clear soup recipe with spring onions, carrots, lettuce, coriander, mushroom and soya sauce. The mixed vegetable soup or broth is best served hot with a sprig of mint leaves as garnishing and toasted wheat bread as accompaniment.

2 lettuce leaves
2 spinach (palak) leaves
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 bowl of spring onions
1/4 bowl of mushrooms (khumbh), chopped
1/2 bowl of cauliflower
1/4 tsp M.S.G
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp oil
7 bowls of boiled water
salt to taste

  1. In a vessel heat oil.
  2. Put spring onion, saute for one minute.
  3. Then put carrot, cauliflower, mushroom,and ajinomoto.
  4. Saute on high flame.
  5. After a while put lettuce leaves, and spinach leaves, salt, soya sauce and then add boiled water.
  6. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes. serve hot.
