An authentic and very easy to prepare sabudaana pakoda recipe using sabudaana or sago pearls, potatoes and green chilies. This snack or even a side dish item tastes superb with coriander and tomato chutney. Go Relish!

75 gms drinking chocolate
750 gms milk
8 tbsp levelled, cornflour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)

  1. Mix cornflour to a smooth paste with 1 cup milk .add chocolate powder with 1/2 cup milk & stir well. heat the remaining milk , pour the cornflour paste & stir well. add chocolate milk mix well & boil 5 mts . add sugar ,vanila essense & walnuts .stir well & when it becomes thick , pour into wetted mould . when set serve with cream.
