Chocolate Tofu Pie recipe - How to make Chocolate Tofu Pie

1/2 cup chocolate
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
350 gms tofu
2 tbsp soya milk
1 pie crust
  1. Melt the chocolate over slow flame on double boiler, stirring frequently to ensure the chocolate does not burn.
  2. Blend the peanut butter, sugar, tofu, melted chocolate and soya milk in blender to a smooth and creamy mixture, add little more soya milk if necessary.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerator until firm, at least one hour.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, cut into equal pieces and serve chilled.
