Chocolate Tofu Pie, a chocolaty and creamy mixture filled in ready made pie crust.
- Melt the chocolate over slow flame on double boiler, stirring frequently to ensure the chocolate does not burn.
- Blend the peanut butter, sugar, tofu, melted chocolate and soya milk in blender to a smooth and creamy mixture, add little more soya milk if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerator until firm, at least one hour.
- Remove from refrigerator, cut into equal pieces and serve chilled.
