3 cups milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup fresh cream
3 tbsp cocoa powder
6 to 8 pcs (100 grams) chocolate
3 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
2 tbsp roasted and chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
3 tbsp gelatine

  1. Heat milk adding chocalate and coacoa powder till it gets mixed and melted
  2. Pour this mixture into a serving dish
  3. Add condensed milk and stir till it is mixed
  4. Add chopped walnuts and cashews to the mixture
  5. Mix 3tsps of warm water to gelatin and heat in a double boiler till it gets melted
  6. Add this gelatin mixture to the dish and stir
  7. At last add beaten cream to the mixture and mix it lightly.
  8. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or till it gets set.
  9. Ur yummy souffle is ready to eat.
