An assortment of unique taste and nutrition ,chocolate rolls are prepared by rolling dried nuts into chocolate cake slices. Vanilla ice-cream and sultanas rolled into chocolate cake make a terrific combination.

Ingredients

100 gms marie biscuits
100 gms sugar
100 gms butter
50 gms cocoa powder
50 gms walnuts (akhrot)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
aluminium foil
Method

  1. Mix sugar n butter till it is creamy
  2. Add cocoa n essence n mix well
  3. Then add egg lastly make small pieces of biscuits n walnuts n add to the batter mix well.
  4. Cut the foil in to two rectangular pieces pour half of the batter onthe foil n roll it press at the sides.
  5. Do the same for the other roll
  6. Deepfreeze for sometime till the roll is firm.
  7. Remove cut in to round pieces n serve with whipped fresh cream.
