- Combine cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, ¼ cup of milk in a mixing bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Boil the remaining ¾ cup of milk in a non-stick pan, add the prepared cocoa powder mixture to this slowly and cook on a slow flame, while stirring gently, till the mixture thickens (approx. 5 to 7 minutes).
- Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
- Serve warm or chilled with fruits.
