1/2 ltr milk
2 tsp custard powder
3 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp gelatine

  1. First boil the milk and in a seperate dish add custard powder, cocoa powder and little milk in a cup .
  2. Then add the custad mixture in hot milk.
  3. Stir it so that there are no lumps.
  4. Then in a seperate cup put 1 tsp of gelatine and mix it thoroughly with luke warm water.
  5. Then in the milk and sugar and mix it nicely.
  6. Finally add gelatine mixture and stir ie nicely
  7. Pour this whole mixture in a borosil bowl and keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  8. Serve it cold. ur chocolate pudding is ready to serve.
