2 cups non-dairy chocolate chips
450 gms tofu
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter , crunchy or smooth
1/2 cup soya milk
cup 1 pre made pie crust.
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips (optional topping)
1 cup chopped dried fruits (optional topping)
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Combine the melted chocolate, tofu, sugar, peanut butter, and soyamilk in a blender and blend till smooth. Add more soyamilk if required.
  3. Pour the mixture into pie crust and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Serve chilled.

  1. After the pie has been chilled, melt more 1 cup of non-dairy chocolate chips.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate evenly on top of the pie, if desired, add chopped nuts.
  3. Refrigerate for further 2 more hours and serve chilled.
