Traditional bengali rasgullas topped with oodles of melted chocolate ice cream.
- Squeeze out all the juice from rasgulla pieces and cut each piece into 2 halves.
- Put the melted ice cream in a bowl, place the pieces of rasgulla in it and sprinkle some chocolate on top.
- Serve immediately.
