Soft potatoes dipped in smooth chocolate a blessed combination.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and saute potatoes for a while till soft. Keep aside.
- Heat a non stick pan, add condensed milk, milk and chocolate and mix well till smooth.
- Add the powdered biscuits and mix well.
- Serve piping hot with sauteed potatoes.
