A mind-blowing Italian dessert of ice-cream served on a based of chocolate-stuffed peaches. The cinnamon-tinged dark chocolate stuffing is enhanced with some crushed digestive biscuits, which give it a nice, coarse mouth-feel.


While some traditional versions of Chocolate Cinnamon Peaches might have wine, we have avoided it in order to make the lovely dessert suitable for all age groups.

  1. Combine the crushed biscuits, chocolate, honey, cinnamon powder and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Fill the cavities in the peach halves with this mixture, mounding it up slightly.
  3. Melt the butter in a non-stick tava (griddle) , arrange the stuffed peaches in the pan with the stuffed side facing upwards, cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice-cream.

Easy and quick dessert. Chocolate and peaches make a great combination.
