Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake recipe - How to make Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup warm water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/3 tsp baking powder
a pinch baking soda
a pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C, grease the cake tin well and add flour and tap it so that it coats the entire pan. Keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil, warm water and vanilla essence and whisk well till sugar dissolves.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mix well till the flour is mixed into the wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in some chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a bunt pan and tap it to even the layer.
  6. Add some more chocolate chips on top of the batter.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the chocolate chip bundt cake is completely cooked through.
  8. Loosen the edges and in the center around the ring. Invert on the serving plate.
  9. You can serve this warm or cooled.

Notes

  1. You can serve with chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, tea, ice cream, etc.
