Chocolate cake as all of us know is a favourite with kids and adults too. You can add fruits and chocolate cream to the cake to make it more delicious.
- Grind the biscuits till they are finely powdered.
- Add sugar, ghee, cocoa powder, milk and baking powder, mix well and pour into a mould of your choice or a aluminum tin greased with a little mixture of maida and ghee.
- Place a small stand in a pressure cooker, add enough water and place a sieve or perforated plate over it.
- Place the mould/ tin on the sieve and pressure cook without the whistle on low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes or till cooked.
