Choco Lava Cake recipe - How to make Choco Lava Cake

1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk
a pinch salt
a pinch baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp butter
1 chocolate
  1. Combine the plain flour, sugar and cocoa powder and seive well.
  2. Add salt, baking soda, baking powder and mix well
  3. Add melted butter and mix well.
  4. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time and mix well to get a smooth batter.
  5. Pour half the batter into a microwave safe bowl or silicon cake mould.
  6. Place the chunk of chocolate right into the center of the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining batter covering the chocolate chunk
  8. Microwave on HIGH poer for 2 minutes.
  9. Let it sit for a minute, unmould and serve plainly or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
