Ingredients

100 gms crushed marie biscuits
100 gms Cadbury's drinking chocolate
100 gms icing sugar
100 gms butter
chopped mixed nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios) (Optional)
2 eggs
Method

  1. Powder the marie biscuits in a blender
  2. Mix the icing sugar, marie biscuit powder, drinking chocolate in a big bowl
  3. Beat the egg whites till thick and gets extrmely stiff, now add the egg youlks and beat
  4. Melt the butter over slow fire, so that it does not burn
  5. Pour the egg and the melted butter into the powder mixture.
  6. Mix throughly
  7. Add the nuts of your choice
  8. Place in a 9 x 9 inch pre greased baking dish lined with butter paper.
  9. Keep in the refridgerator to set for 2 -3 hours
  10. Cut after it is set into shapes of your choice
  11. Optionally you could make them into round balls and keep in the refridgerator.
