A great tasting creamy chocolatey Chocolate fudge recipe to be enjoyed by all on a hot summer afternoon.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a thick sauce pan and add condensed milk gradually stirring all time.
- When it comes to a boil, add cocoa powder, chopped walnut and mix.
- When it becomes thick and separate from the saucepan, remove from the fire.
- Divide the mix into small pieces, give round shapes, decorate with cashew nuts and keep in the greased plate
