Dal and rice with 1/2 tsp methi can be sent to chakki and stored. when required a little powder can be mixed with curd and other ingredients and turned into a quick snack.
- Dry grind uraddal and rawrice along with 1/2 tsp methi.
- In a bowl mix together the ground dal rice powder along with all the other ingredients ,if curd is not sufficient then add water to make it dropping consistency .
- Heat oil,drop the mimture in the form of small marble like balls ,fry till golden,remove serve hot.
