Chishtis Kalakand recipe - How to make Chishtis Kalakand

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings

1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups grated unsalted cheese
5 cardamoms , powdered
  1. Combine the cheese with condensed milk in a deep non-stick pan.
  2. Heat the above mixture in a slow flame, while stirring continuously, till the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Spread the mixture on a greased plate and sprinkle elaichi powder on the top.
  4. Cool and cut into square pieces.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
