An unique roll recipe, chips roll is simply irrestible as a crispy fried snack. The potato chips or wafers are rolled with a boiled potato mix with spices and then deep fried after sealing the sides. Chips rolls are best served with green chutney or tomato chili sauce.
- Make chips from potato.
- Mix all the ingredients together except potato chips.
- Take one chip, stuff little rice filling and make a roll, tied with the thread.
- Heat oil and fry these rolls till crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
