Chinese bhel recipe - How to make Chinese bhel
Cooking Time: Total Time:
250 gm Noodles
Shredded vegetables - carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion/onion
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
Corn flour to envelop the noodles salt to taste
- Boil the noodles .do not over boil
- Wash noodles with cold water and sprinkle some corn flour on noodles
- Fry the noodles
- Add the vegetables.
- Add vinegar , chilli and tomato sauce
- Add salt
- Mix well and serve.
