Chinese bhel recipe - How to make Chinese bhel

Ingredients

250 gm Noodles
Shredded vegetables - carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion/onion
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
Corn flour to envelop the noodles
salt to taste
Method

  1. Boil the noodles .do not over boil
  2. Wash noodles with cold water and sprinkle some corn flour on noodles
  3. Fry the noodles
  4. Add the vegetables.
  5. Add vinegar , chilli and tomato sauce
  6. Add salt
  7. Mix well and serve.
