- Heat the oil in non stick pan.
- Put 1 tsp ajino moto and all the vegetables except potatoes.
- Stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add soya sauce,black pepper powder, salt and white vinegar.
- Stir well and add smash potatoes.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Take a slice of bread and cover with above potatoes mixture properly in good quantity.
- Prepare all the slice like this.
